With the constraints related to the COVID-19 pandemic not letting up anytime soon, automakers are getting creative with vehicle shopping and delivery. The latest is Nissan, which just launched the [email protected] online shopping program.

Through the initiative, customers can schedule and complete a test drive online from home, as well as complete the purchase process, take delivery of the vehicle and manage service needs. Nissan also said the process is flexible, so customers can start shopping from home and then complete the process at the dealership if they choose.
The automaker said [email protected] will be available at participating U.S. Nissan dealerships in the coming months, but it did not elaborate on how many dealerships and where. The pilot program was tested with success at seven dealerships this past summer in Virginia, Michigan, Texas, Florida and Illinois.
