An angry Audi Q7 driver in London was chasing down another driver in a Porsche when he bounced through an intersection, lost control and destroyed about $1 million of high-end vehicles in a tony suburb.
The Telegraph reports the crash happened on Moore Street in Chelsea, where the houses are worth an average of $5.5 million — hence the Porsches, McLarens and Bentleys parked in front.
It looks like the driver lost control after crossing the intersection, then plowed into the first car, a Porsche Cayenne. He exited the vehicle under his own power; according to witnesses, he was “dazed and in shock” and covered in blood.
“Luckily I was behind curtains and did not see it, but I certainly heard the crash,” Viola Pemberton-Pigot told The Telegraph. “All the neighbors came out. We are all just grateful that no one was hurt. It could have been much worse.”
Police are saying that all cars were empty at the time, shortly after midnight, and that no arrests have been made.
